The Wrong Books are a parody of Thomas' journey to become a novelist, and were based on a blog that became became more popular than the Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels it was based on. It was nominated for several awards, including the Hannibal Blog Award on Tumblr, the 2014 Bloggies, and the 'Peoples Choice' Best Australian Blog Awards. Although the blog is no longer active, having evolved into the Wrong Books, the ideas continue on Wattpad in a collection of embarrassing and socially inexcusable episodes that are becoming Wrongly Writing, the second Wrong book.
